    Excellence in Graduate Studies


    ELIGIBILITY

    • Applicants must be enrolled in a degree program during the semester(s) for which the award is given.
    • Have a minimum 3.50 graduate GPA
    • Have completed a minimum of 12 graduate hours in their program by the time the award is given. Awards are usually granted the fall and spring of the following academic year.

    Please upload an example of one project that best demonstrates your excellence in the degree program. 

    Some example are: exhibit slides, presentation abstract, case study, performance audio, or a visual excerpt (limited to 10 minutes)

    Access this by selecting “Financial Aid” and then “Award History” in your Wingspan account.  If no award history is available, please attach a brief explanation of your current status (no financial aid accepted, etc)

    Students selected to receive an Excellence in Graduate Studies award must attend the Graduates Reception held on the Tuesday prior to the spring commencement exercises. The Graduate School will notify recipients of these various events.
